We'll start with a detailed conversation about your fitness history, current experience level, available equipment, schedule, and most importantly—your goals. This is where I learn about you so I can design the perfect program.
Once you're ready to start, I'll build your personalized training program from the ground up. Every exercise, set, rep scheme, and progression is tailored specifically to you—not a template, not a generic program.
You'll receive an invitation to the training app where your complete program will be waiting. I'll walk you through how to use the app, log workouts, track progress, and reach out with questions.
Now the real work begins. Follow your program, log your sessions in the app, and start building momentum. You'll see exactly what to do each workout—no guessing, no confusion.
This is where real coaching happens. Message me anytime with questions, send form check videos, and get feedback. As you progress, I'll adjust your program to keep you moving forward. Regular check-ins keep you accountable and on track.

All workouts are delivered through our easy-to-use training app. You'll receive an invitation to download the app, and your complete personalized program will be waiting for you inside. The app includes video demonstrations for every exercise, tracking features, and direct messaging with me.
Either option works! During your consultation, we'll discuss what equipment you have access to—whether that's a full gym, home equipment, or minimal gear. I'll design your program specifically around what's available to you. You can train at home, at a gym, or a combination of both.
I typically respond within 24 hours on weekdays, often much faster. You'll have direct access to message me through the app anytime you have questions about your training, form, or need guidance. This isn't an automated system—you're getting real, personalized coaching.
Absolutely! I work with clients at all experience levels, from complete beginners to advanced trainees. If you're just starting out, I'll teach you proper form from the ground up and build a program that's appropriate for your current fitness level. Everyone starts somewhere—I'm here to guide you through it safely and effectively.
You can cancel anytime—no long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. Coaching is billed month-to-month at $150/month. If it's not working for you, you're free to cancel. My goal is to earn your business every single month by delivering real value and results.
Your program will be updated regularly based on your progress, feedback, and changing goals. Typically, programs are adjusted every 4-6 weeks, but I can make changes anytime you need them—whether that's swapping exercises due to equipment changes, addressing pain or discomfort, or progressing you to more challenging movements.
I provide generalized nutrition guidance including calorie and macronutrient recommendations, meal timing strategies, and practical advice on supplements and healthy eating habits. However, I do not provide specific meal plans or medical nutrition therapy. My nutrition guidance is educational and designed to support your training goals.
